What’s wrong with this picture ?

It is a promotion stunt for a Belgian television program, where they are looking for someone to play the leading role, in the musical of “The Sound of Music”.

and here I was thinking it was pure, selfless joy and beauty… Regardless, it’s still pretty rad !

Sometimes advertising goes a bit too far. I’m not particularly shocked by these next images, but I really think they are in bad taste. In an attempt to market their pregnancy test, EXACT has comissionned Lowe (ad agency) to create this campaign and have aptly labelled it “the second best way to know if you’re pregnant”. I suspect a viral strategy, because there is no way people are not going to be talking about this all week.

Overall ridiculous, but very intriguing and I have to say the idea itself isn’t so bad. The visual representation though, is another story. It’s borderline nauseating and somewhat alien.

PS: I secretly love it.

Now if that isn’t an “ad about nothing”, then I don’t know what is.
Except, of course, it’s about so many things that it would make my head spin if I start talking about it…
