these are my random thoughts on the episode.
*** ATTENTION  ! SPOILERS AHEAD! ***

- the smoke detector is definitely a clue that Smokey is the one behind those vision the oceanic 6 are getting.

- I absolutely love that fake-question being asked : are the oceanic 6 really alive? Of course they are, but the dimension that that question creates is very interesting.

- Also, the idea of Claire being jack’s half-sister is back and seems to be important for how things will develop. I suspect we may find her in the cabin whenever Locke and co reach it….

- The scene with jack’s operation was really gross, and very stressful.

-rose makes a great point : why is jack getting sick and everyone else getting better. Does the island want him out ?

- oh and fuck ! danielle’s dead !

- and wow for Jin’s bad-ass Korean move on Charlotte !

best moment of the episode : “Thank you, Juliet” – (kate, to Juliet ) followed by the even awesomer “I know you’re awake” (Juliet, to Jack)
